Hello and welcome to the Hive & Hob!
We are Leo (on the left) & Arge (you guessed it, on the right), two twenty-somethings living in Lancaster, UK and who share a passion for food…
We both often experiment in the kitchen. We find inspiration from the traditions of respective home countries of France and Spain and let them be influenced by the fact we now live in England, and have a brilliantly multicultural group of friends around us.
On this site, you’ll find some of our favourite recipes, reviews of our favourite spots for eating out, tips to nice eateries we might encounter on our travels and perhaps some broader features on food and related topics. One thing you can expect from this blog in the longer term is a growing hive of collaborators, starting with our nearest & dearest and branching out to whoever else might fancy having a go! (And if that’s you, do click through to our contact page)
Lovely to have you along for the ride, we hope you enjoy your time with us and we look forward to interacting with you in the comments section! Still would like to find out a little bit more about us? No worries, keep reading through to our short biographies below!
